Title: Youth Offender Program Evaluation: Ensuring Quality and Rigor: A Few Lessons Learned from a National Evaluation Study
Ed Miller
Ed Miller earned a Ph.D. in policy sciences at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Ed was a Senior Research Analyst at Research and Evaluation Associates, Inc. in Chapel Hill, North Carolina as co-project manager for the nationwide evaluation of the youth offender demonstration project sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor. He presently serves in the military as deputy chief of the Army's Readiness Division. As the end of his three-year tour of duty approaches, Ed is exploring the return to academics and private sector program evaluation.
